F'd up bose amp need help

I stupidly took my 97 LE pathy into a big mudhole a few days ago and sunk it so deep the passenger door panel got a ton of water and mud in it, needless to say i fried the amplifier thats in there. Does anyone know if its hard getting this amp out? Also is there an amp in the rear door paneles I could just swap into the place of the passenger door panel? I assume the amp is busted by the way because my speaker now only will make loud popping noises or emit loud random frequencies. It is my belief that the speaker is fine even though coated in a bit of mud. Also does anyone know where you can get another amp for a 97 bose sound system that is made for the door.

By the way this is kind of an emergency because I cant let my stepdad know that any of this happened, im away at college now and I have been ferociously cleaning my car for about 4 days now but Im kind of stumped as to what to do about this amp deal. Also money is real tight lately so thats why I would be fine with just swapping one of my rear amps to the passenger door amp.
