Tamiya's 1/12 Ferrari F50
Looks like it's gonna be about £200 here in the UK.
Just wanted to know what you guys think of it? Guarenteed collectors item? Worth £200? What do you think to the detail? This one was going to do the rounds a few years back, don't know if it made it or not!

Another round.
This was released several years ago. I had a chance to buy one for $135 at the end of it's run, then they started showing up on E-bay selling for $5-600! I would say that it will always go up in value, there is obvoiusly a market for them.

It wasn't until the recent announcement of its re-issue that i realised it was a metal kit, always thought it was plastic. I saw one a year or two ago for about £150, might try and get one this time around. Wonder if it will still be cheaper to order from Japan coz its must weigh some?

As nice as it looks and as much as i'd like on i could not justify paying $750.00NZD for one.

That definitely looks nice, but I'd rather spend the 2-300 dollars or so on something else, like a Playstation 2.
 I'd rather build the 1/24 version, anyway (again!)
