Question Re: blower motor

blower should not make motor shake but a tranny or motor mount might.

Re: blower motor

if the fan is cracked your motor will be unbalanced and you will have vibration. Maybe ice build up on the fan = condensation problems (typical Intrigue problem). Ice could have also cracked something.

how do you make an electrical vibrator = a unbalanced electrical motor.

Run the fan on low until you notice good heat coming out of the vent - if the vibration goes away = ice build-up on the fan = you have a condensation problem.

Usually it's just corroded/ungreased bearings/shaft that make excessive noise and squeeks. =Eventually you blow out those controller resistors and lose fan speeds. The lowest fan setting on my Intrigue does not work.

You can look at the blower motor in operation by following the instructions for changing the cabin air filter.
