850 or V70?

I'm looking at Volvo wagons. I can't tell the difference between the 850's & V70's. Can someone help me out with this? Is one a "better" buy than the other?

I'm looking for '98-'01 models-depending on mileage & asking price.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Re: 850 or V70?

Never mind-I did a little research & figured it out-the V70 is the later year ('98-current).

I was confused because some sellers on Ebay will call a '99 wagon an 850.

At any rate-if you want to post any thoughts on these wagons, feel free. I won't be buying right away-maybe in the next month or two. I'm waiting for the "right" deal.
