Hayes Lemmerz sells 2 plants; will close tech center
Powertrain parts supplier Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. said today that it has signed an agreement to sell its Montague, Mich., and Bristol, Ind., suspension plants to Diversified Machine Inc. for about $32 million.
