ok, who else thinks this is bullshit?

im pretty sure this is bullshit....i mean a low 11 sec civic with an soch zc? RIIIGHT.....chances are that this guy is gonna get sued

i dunno audi...that's a close call. it's running 12psi and had a lot of top & bottom work. at sea level...it just might be possible that car ran a low 12/high 11

well you figure with all the work he put into it ... it might just do it.

another thing you gotta figure is if you read the terms and conditions, he hasnt registered the thing in almost three years now. imagine just for a second what would make him not register!?

fuck that, thats bullshit. fuck low 11s. look at what he posted. acura connecting rods, so hes talking about stock connecting rods ? is that right ? if thats what hes talking about then expect to throw a rod in a month or so. the head is not built at all, shit i bet in a few months youll throw a retainer and bust the whole motor. oh hes got valve springs, and chrome reatainers, wtf chrome retainers. if anything on the head was name brand he would have stated it. so the head, with the exception of the cam and port, the head is stock. he didnt even resleeve it, i wonder how much boost the stock cylinder walls can handle

stock tranny, hmm doesnt even have an lsd. you want 11s you need an lsd.

if its a race car, why is there 17s on it, and street tires

just my thoughts on the subject

High 11's are possible on that setup,a little doubtful about low 11's at only 12psi,but it's listed as a racecar so it migh be pretty light. No cage,or a rollbar at least...most tracks ban you for a while if you keep running times w/o proper safety equipment.Take it with a grain of salt,it's on ebay after all.

Acura rods,probably LS/B20 ones (fits SOHC). They're good for a little over 300hp @ the wheels.

Head is ported,gasket matched, not polished, oversized valve springs, JG502T cam with red OBX adjustable cam gear, chrome valve cover and retainers.
Sounds built enough to me. Most effective work on a head by porting the bowl areas and matching ports. He probably meant oversized valves,retainers are probably where the cam is from (JG Engine Dynamics) And I bet he meant the valve cover is chromed,look at the engine photo.

As long as it's not detonating,the walls can handle 12psi. There's enough fuel (600cc injectors,fuel pump,FPR),this and ignition timing is controlled by Accel DFI engine management. There's a blockguard listed (Rage cylinder brace,FYI Rage = Jason Whitfield,built turbo 1.5 liter CRX running 10's)

No you don't. You need slicks and driving skills. My friend's heavy 97 Civic coupe broke high 11's on slicks,non-LSD tranny (turbo with a stock GSR motor).
