front end ticking noise / maybe strut brg plate??
my wife's car is an 02 gp w/ 3.1 v6. recntly the front passenger side has developed an intermitent ticking noise. usually driving at speeds less than 30 mph, straight no turning. brought it to a mechanic he drove it and looked it over said the CV axle and caliper bushings were fine. he thought maybe there was some dirt or ice in the upper bearing plate that might casue the ticking noise. looking for a second opinion, TIA
