What Should I Do With My CRX?

Well, as much as i'd love to keep it, I can't.. It still has a short that blows the alternator fuse when you drive it.. I don't have any time to fix it, nad i'm moving out very soon so I don't feel like taking it to a shop. So all it's doing now is sitting costing me insurance. Someone wants to buy the whole car and everything I have for it for $1500.. I think I may do that, but do you think i could maybe part the whole car out for more? Here is everything it has on it, or I have for it..

89 CRX
ZC Motor, runs very strong (a few people here can contast to that)
2 1/2 cat back exhaust
Skunk 2 Coilovers
2 Corbeau clubman racing seats (only have one bracket though)
both stock seats
1 set of stock steelies with tires
1 set of 14" wheels (look real good on car) with tires
FULL interior in very good shape
short shifter w/ rx7 shift knob
no driver side a pillar(but I can get one cheap)
no pass. window, but I can get one cheap..

*custom intercooler for a crx, so the pipes route through stock holes.. 24x7x2 1/2 - very nice intercooler.
*like new AFC..

Do you think that selling it for $1500 is a good deal for me? or should I try to part it out.. the guy buying it wants both the intercooler and AFC which I could probably get like $250-300 for the AFC and probably ~$400 for the intercooler alone.. I just need some advice.. THANKS!

I personally think that is a little bit of a lowball...I think you could get more especially if the afc and intercooler are included.

i think you could sell that for like $5000 to a racer. zc w/ turbo come on. my friend bought a 88 crx with a zc, rims, body kit, new paint, intake, exhaust, strut bars, projectors, altezzas, and he paid $6000 for it. you may not have all that stuff but you got a turbo, turbos rule, so that should up the price alot. i think

There's no turbo on the car.. I sold that.. I started having the short problem while the turbo was being installed.. The only thing left is the front mount, because I was going to keep the car and turbo it again and I could get everything again but the front mount is so perfect for the car, I kept it.

either way, don't cut yourself lower that 2,000 in my opinion

Easily worth $3,500 if miles are < 125,000 and body is in good shape! $1500 is way too low... I bought my car from my gma for that price and it is worth $3k without the mods

Where is millersville? I am all over the place, so I may ride through there without knowing it.. I haven't driven the crx for about 8 monthes now.. except one week when I got it to run..

its in glen burnie basically, i seen a red one with an intercooler and it looked like yours, i dunno if it was you or not.......

Dont ever say millersville is basically Glen DIRTY! I could tell you whos car that is with an intercooler but I might give away a certain persons identity...

no. I said the engine runs very strong.. but when the car is actually running.. there is a short in the alternator system/ELD unit system somewhere.
