Which transfer case?
Auto or std transmission?
Double check all fuses.
Is the front axle locking in or getting 12 volt power to actuator?
How is the wiring to front axle actuator?

Re: no 4x4

Check to see if you are getting 12v to the blue wire when you put the shift lever in 4wd.
