88 automatic to 5 speed conversion

Ok, I got a 1988 30zx NA automatic that I'm going to swap into my 84 turbo.. I am waiting for a rebuild kit for my 5 speed and am wondering how hard (more of the fact of what I need to do as there seems to be a lot of electronic controls for the automatic) to put the 5 speed into the automatic (yes flywheel, throwout etc). I'm just wondering do I just allow the extra wires unused??
Alos for those of you that remember me ye shtis is how I'm going to fix my sperattic fuel problems... ( I wonder if it was my chts (seems almost the same as my 280zx turbo was doing until I put a resistor into it..)
But any way to control the extra fuel need and the ignition I've got a apexi neo and a msd btm.
Any way back the origanal topic... Any input on what to do about the extra wires would be a great help....
As I'm sure this automatic will probably not hold up for any more than just a test run... (running low boost with new fluid and filter it may last for a couple days...)
Thanking all of you in advance
