Fusible Link locations on 1992 Ciera (charging system)

According to the wiring diagrams I have, there should be at least 2 (maybe 3) fusible links in the charging system, but I really don't know what I am looking for or where they are, can anyone help? Thanks a lot.

When you are looking through a particular wire you will see a section that is bigger round then the wire.

On your car thier should be two on the red wires(10amp) to the starter, and maybe up by the alternator.

Thanks for the post.

On the starter is a "headquarters" for multiple red wires. There are three that look like the picture I have below. I am assuming these are the links I am looking for. The white part is not accessible. It's a solid hard plastic piece, so my new question is: What is the most effecient DIY way to test these links? Thanks much.

You'll need to prob the wire before and after the fused link to check for power, that is if power is going through, it would be OK.

I think I said in your other post that if they are loose or dirty you can have problems like you are experiancing.
