95 Corsica codes

I have a 95 Corsica 3.1. When i get on the highway the check engine light comes on and it wont go out unless you turn the car off. The light wont go on until i get on the highway again. It runs great and no other problems except it never seems to warm up unless i get stuck in traffic. I had a friend pull the codes and i dont quite understand how to read what he wrote down for me.
75 EGR Sol. 1 prob
76 EGR Sol. 2 prob
77 EGR Sol. 3 prob
82 Ign Cont. 3x sig error
Can any one explain this a little better?

75,76, and 77 are pointing to a bad EGR valve. The solenoids are not moving when the pcm commands them to. The 82 is the 3x CKPS (crank position sensor) in the back of the block. Your car has 2 CKPS's. The other is a 24x signal behind the balancer.
