Request: Just looking for a glimpse

If any of you have time, I would like to see what the potential of my car is. I have a '95 Ford Contour SE. Right now it's out of commission with a blown head, and depending on the repair costs, I'd like to keep it and do some mods down the road. I'm ulitmately looking to turn the exterior of it into an SVT clone. I've included some decent pics of it to go on and what i want. I'll leave the modding up to you.
The first is the best i could find of a true SVThttp://www.naplesnet.com/turks/Ford_contour_svt.jpg
This is another SVT

Like I said, I'd like it to look like an SVT clone, clean and sharp, the rest is up to whomever takes the challenge. Thank You.
P.S. I'd like to have new rims (sporty but not over done) and lowered if possible.
