99 Malibu, Radio won't light

Okay I just recently reinstalled my stock radio and for some reason all of the lights on the buttons work but not the digital display. It won't light up with anything, but like I said all of the blueish colored lights on the buttons work. There is no sound coming from the radio either

Didnt know if you solved this,
but thier is a bulb behind the display that can go out or get loose and not work.

On the sound, you might have some wires crossed, which could also be why the display doesnt light up.
