Should I buy this '93 Si 4WS?

I'm thinking of buying this car it would be my first prelude, I could use some help. Can anybody advise or give reason not to purchase this one?
If anyone has unlimited carfax I would appreciate a run on this Vin: JHMBB2167PC009531. It has a new Clutch, New Timing Belt, DC header, Apexi catback and powerslot rotors on all four wheels, 98000 miles. Pictures look good, owner says no rust anywhere and great condition (like he would say anything else). Asking $4,200 I was gonna offer 3,500 and go as high as 4k

I'm going to check it out tomorrow, are there any specific questions I should ask? Problem areas I should be aware of? Any help would really be appreciated.

please read this if you're serious about it.

look for oil leaks where it sits parked, pop the hood and make sure its not covered with caked on dirt and oil. make sure there's not any check engine lights.
Drive it for a few minutes after it warms up at least 1 bar on the dash, and see if the car idles normals. A bouncy idle is a pretty common annoyance, not even a problem (sometimes it can be though).
Make sure the A/C works, and you can switch from floor~> windshield~> dash and floor, just make sure it changes when you push the buttons.
Make sure you're windows and sunroof work if it has power windows and a sunroof. Turn on the headlights, and see if the windows or sunroof open or close slower with them turned on.
if you have more question just ask away, and I'll try to help you.

Re: Should I buy this '93 Si 4WS?

Thanks man, I really appreciate the help since I'm pretty green with these cars. So, I went to test drive this one yesterday and it was everything I'm looking for and I got a price much less than he was asking and within my pre-determined buying price range. I put a deposit down and I'm going back Sunday if the Carfax checks out. The problem is this: The owner had a thick accent and when I asked if he had any problems in the past he gestured towards the back of the car and said something that sounded like 'the wee-see' and told me it was a common problem. Could it have been windshield? He said it had been taken care of, but I don't know what he was talking about. Does that sound familiar at all? Should I be worried? Are there any chronic rear windshield problems I should be aware of? Sorry for the long post but this is big for me, since it's pretty much every cent I have and I don't want to screw it up.

The price is pretty fair, but if you have a wad of cash then there is more than likely room for neg. If you know how long the car has been for sale then you can use that as leverage as well. Check for maintenance records (i.e. timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, oil changes, etc.) If the timing belt hasn't been done, then you have to take that into consideration. It is probably due at 100-110k miles, so it's possible that it hasn't been done yet. On a prelude DON'T forsake the replacement of the timing belt. My brother had to spend over a grand for valves because he waited too long. I can't remember from you post, as I didn't quote it, but I think you said it was already changed. Seeing as you aren't too mechanically inclined, I would recommend getting someone older or someone who is more familiar with vehicles to go with you. Second opinions are priceless. I've learned from experience.
