Question Turbo Lag Question

i read the sticky but i didnt see anything explain turbo lag or boost lag (dont know if there the same thing or not) so i wonder if u all would be kind enough to explain it

with out going into depth turbo lag is the time it takes the turbo to kick in and start spooling up.
