That's one of my favorite cars as well. It came out great, and of course makes me want to build mine! Nice rims, from your Tamiya Celica, correct?

It's a recent limited reissue kit by AMT. It's a nice kit, check www.modelcarkits.com or www.modelroundup.com to see if they have any left. Some hobby shops may have a few left as well.
