Shudders When Idling

97 Lumina 3100: Just replaced manifold gasket, repaired lifter, no longer tapping; but now at idle the vehicle shudders or vibrates and I hear an accompanying noise like vibration. I can feel it coming up through the brake pedal.

Ideas on what this might be??
