'00 Silverado stalling problem
Just started this afternoon while trying to leave work. Start, stall, start, stall. Had to keep my foot on the gas at every light. No check/service engine soon lights. After getting home, let truck still for an hour, went back out pulled vacuum line off fuel pressure regulator, no fuel present in line so ruling out regulator(1 yr old). Truck just turned 100,000, did plugs and wires at 90,000, still has original fuel pump, was planning on changing the fuel module because of the normal variable level gauge. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, keep getting the p0452,p0463 codes, changed the fuel tank vent solenoid. I was leaning towards the IAC, unplug, plug back in, no change in idle speed. Didn't check the fuel pressure, gave away my gauge. Any thoughts?

Re: '00 Silverado stalling problem
Could clean the throttle body and iac passages, disconnect the egr for testing only. Also may want to check fuel pressure too, these pumps are unreliable, 60-65 psi. The 452 is an evap problem, 463 is the fuel tank sending unit circuit.

Re: '00 Silverado stalling problem
I forgot to mention, that I changed the tank vent solenoid, which made the 452 code go away for a few days, than that code became random, then finally disappeared after multiple resets.

Re: '00 Silverado stalling problem
That could be your problem, maybe a lose wire? Check your fuel filter and pressure regulator as well.
