2001 Suburban Airbags - On/Off Option?

Does anybody know off hand if you can turn the front passenger airbag off?

There are kits available (frrm GM & aftermarket) that will allow you to have a keyed switch installed to arm or deactivate either airbag. The kits are @ $150-$195 plus labor. Email me if you want more info.
