Smoke on deceleration
I've got a 1995 SL-2 with 143,000 miles and a 5-speed.
Thanks to all who recommended the ECTS and connector replacement. This helped a great deal with some of the issues I had. Now, after this replacement if noticed quite a bit of exhaust smoke under deceleration. Others have told me that it puffs smoke out every time I shift. The smoke under decel only seems to happen when engine is up to normal operating temperature. Any suggestions on what this might be? |

Re: Smoke on deceleration
Doesn't that "higher mileage" oil have an additive to swell seals?
