when i rev my car from idle speed, all of my cars lights get brighter. could this be a problem with my battery or alternator? if not what could it be?

Re: dim lighting
this is jsut normal. as your engine rpm's get faster it spins the alternator faster thus creating mroe voltage in your charging system. thus thigns get brighter.

Re: dim lighting
Well... It could possibly have something to do with your alternator, but i wouldn't think it was anything serious.
