making automatic lambo doors.

I have a regualar direct bolt kit and was wondering if i can make it automatic if i added a linear actuator to it.. I know that is wat is used on the autolock universal lambo kit but has anyone tried doing it to a decah kit?

At the very least, you'd probably have to get an actuator with the same screw in top as the decah it and a bottom that will fit into the bottom hole (basically, an acutator that can be mounted similer) like the Decah shock.

Try calling Car Excess. I beleive there is a link to their site from the Decah website

Car Excess modifies quite a few Decah kits (blanks I believe, with Decahs approval) to fit other cars. They also install these things all day (though its not that hard). Anyways, One of the techs there might be able to give you a better idea of how modifying the Decah kit to work with an Acuator might be possible. Call them up. Off the top of my head, Ian might be abel to give you an idea, if not someone else there might.

If you can't find the number, let me know and I'll dig it up.
