Bankruptcy judge approves Delphi SEC settlement
NEW YORK (Reuters) -- A bankruptcy judge today approved auto parts maker Delphi Corp.'s settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission involving civil fraud charges that stemmed from years of accounting improprieties.
