Correcting Shorts

[b]PLEASE HELP ME FELLAS.
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE TO LOCATE THE FOLLOWING CIRCUITS FOR 1995 TOYOTA AVALON.
WHERE ARE THE LOCATIONS FOR POWER WINDOW AND DOME LIGHT CIRCUITS ?
WHERE ARE ALSO THE CIRCUITS FOR INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS/DASHBOARD AND IGNITION AS WELL AS POWER SEATS ?

ALL THESE ELECTRONIC POWERED OBJECTS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING , SO NO START, EVEN THOUGH STARTER TURNS OVER BUT NO CRANK.
I AM TRYING TO FIND WHERE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT IS SO THAT i CAN CORRECT ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS. ALL FUSES AND RELAYS BOTH UNDER DASH AND IN ENGINE BAY AREA CHECKED GOOD.
BOTH ENTIRE INSTRUMENT PANEL CABLES AND HEADBOARD CABLE HAS BEEN REPLACED.
I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHICH PART OF THE ENGINE BAY AREA WHERE IGNITION WIRES, INTRUMENT PANEL WIRES, POWER WINDOW WIRES, POWER SEAT WIRES ARE BUNDLED TOGETHER SO THAT I PULL THEM OUT AND CHECK THEM PHYSICALLY TO DETERMINE IF THEY ARE RUBBING EACH OTHER.
THANKS FOR EVERY HELP GIVEN.

Re: Correcting Shorts

Start at the fuse panel in the engine bay and physically trace the bundle of wires. Did you check to see if power is getting to the fuses? My friend's Celica had a burned plug on the back of the fuse panel that caused all kinds of failures. Use a copy of the wiring diagram to help keep track of what you have checked.
