Re: Type R tranny or a b 16 tranny
depending on how much money you have to spend a b16 w/o LSD is going to be A LOT cheaper and still has the short gears of a Type R tranny...otherwise a b16 tranny w/LSD and a Type R tranny are both pricey and they both have short gearing so save a bit of money and go with a b16 tranny w/LSD...theres not going to be a huge difference between the two

i recommend a ys1 with a type r final drive and a quaife lds. this will be pricey but diffinitly one of the best.

Re: Type R tranny or a b 16 tranny
the b16 and type r trans are the same the only diffrence is the differencial, the type r is a lsd and the b16 is not...cheaper to get the b16 then by a diff later for it
