d15b motor swap

I am getting ready to do my first motor swap I have a 94 del sol with a b15b7 in it right now I was wondering if I will need anything more. I just want to make sure i have everything before i start I already have these parts though.

Transmission
ECU
Distributor
Starter
Intake Manifold
Exhaust Manifold
Alternator
Vtec Solenoid
Half Shaft
Throttle Body
Sensors
Fuel Rail
Injectors

Are you saying you're swapping the JDM D15B? If so you'll need to convert to run a single wire O2.

Save yourself the trouble of the D15B.. that swap is a BITCH... go with the D16z6 instead.

what all would i need with the d16z6 swap and why is it so hard to swap the d15b?

Wiring. For the Z6 all you'll need to wire is the vtec. Other than that you can use your stock harness.

how much would it cost to buy the d16z6 and everything I would need to do the swap. Also what would i need.

You can use most of your stock parts like trans, mounts, axles and whatnot. Basically all you need is the motor but the z6 trans does have shorter gears and most motors come with the trans so either iether. Z6's are all over the place. You can proably find a local one if you check ebay.

is the d16z6 also called the Zc or is that a diffrent motor?

Completely different. I just call the D16Z6 a z6 for short. You can use your stock harness and mounts. You just have to run the vtec wires seperate.

You can go on hmotorsonline.com and find a complete z6 swap (mounts, motor, trans, wiring, ecu, all of it) for under $1000 shipped.
