88 crx license plate light - please help!
I just bought an 88 crx and got stopped for no license plate lights. I pulled the bulbs out and saw that the wires are not connnected to anything! I can't see where the wires should be connected or how to get into where they should be connnected. Anyone out there know what I can do?

get a manual and read the wiring diagram. or splice them into your tail lights.

pull the bumper and have a look around. its pretty simple to see when you have the plugs visable. good luck

Re: 88 crx license plate light - please help!
did you check the bulbs and make sure the connections are clean? if so and that checks out the wires come into the car and attach to the wire harness in the rear. Mine didn't work when I first bought my car and it turned out someone had did a shitty job wiring up a trailer harness. I just reattached the wires and took the trailer harness out and bingo, they worked. If the bulbs are good its likely someone has been cutting at the harness in the rear of the car
