Gee, nobody would ever guess you were a design student Been there, done that, didn't get into a car studio as my products were better. But I get to do a few Hot Wheels First Editions from time to time

You list of all these holes in the modeling universe is great. I especially would like the S-Cargo, and a later-model MX-6, the SVX, and the "last" Prelude. I'm foggy on a lot of the cars you mention, I've seen them but so long ago I forget how they looked.

Most of these cars have been done in 1/43rd, but that scale simply doesn't do it for me. I grew up with 1/25th and 1/24th, they look the best. BTW, if you have any way to get Autoweek Magazine (though it is online), there's a great article on car design and "intellectual property" when it comes to the idea that perhaps some companies may "steal" designs from students.

Cool yes , I am.

well Zoom Zoom , I am an student of design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Turin , Italy. I appreciate that info of Autoweek and Iīll take a look to see if itīs online , because Itīs quite difficult to get it around here.My last issues are from 1994, got in the US directly , but Iīll take a look anyway. Thanks again.
About the plagium from the Makers...well , sometimes itīs unavoidable , itīs like the price you gotta pay to get into this competitive world of Automotive design. Sadly for us , designers , that is.

Ups! I forgot on my list these ones: `91 Legend Coupe , `02 Daihatsu Copen , `88 Mitsubishi Eclipse , `99 Mitsubishi Eclipse , `90 Isuzu Gemini OZ / Hatchback , `91 Isuzu Piazza / Nero.

May be in the futureIf I get rich , I make a "garage model make" and i market myself these little cars along with some other Euro jewels absent. Iīd like to see a street Calibra , Tigra , Alpine V6 turbo...

Smile interesting , very interesting

Well first of all , thanks Hiroaki , because itīs the second time you search for me cars at Yahoo Japan auctions , Ah! Iīve discovered also "Bidders.co.jp" where you can also buy old kits , but Iīm sure you already know it. I have to download the Japanese text de-encoding for Windows and take out all my Japanese College notes to restart with my hyper terrible Japanese.

Anyway although the Sunnyīs cabriolet Pulsar EXA was quite attractive , and I want to buy it in the future , the model I was referrring to was the `86-`90 EXA with its "canopy" HB version (first product of Nissan design California) and also known as the Pulsar NX there in America.

About the late generation Legacy? Well yes, it can be really interesting as well. I would definetely buy a 4dr. Blitzen.
An Euro -R Accord ? Parting from the Wagon? Yes, quite a lot of work because the part of the roof from the B-pillars has to be chopped off , but itīs sounds very interesting. But where do you get the wheels?Oh sorry , scratch , of course.
About the `91 Piazza , sorry but itīs impossible parting from a `81 Piazza ,as well as the `82 Cordia.

Me myself , I have bought everything to start to make resin copies tomorrow. I have many , manu preojects in mind.but there are two that I specially wanna do:

the Soarer Aerocabin (The `87 proto , may be better than the `89 production) , parting from the `88 Fujimiīs 3.0GT-Limited , adding copies of the wheels and engine of the Tamiya kit.

the `85 Corona Coupe GT-R parting from the `85 Celica GT-R and adding the 2 liter engine from the `93-`94 Tamiya Celicas.

also , the standard `85 Carina ED 2.0G Limited , with engine , wheels from the `85Celica

And for not to talk about making V8 Soarers , R32 Skylines 4drs GTB4 , RB Autech , `88 Silvia Convertible Autech....So many projects..

Iīs add to the wish list kit the `94 Toyota Curren , `91 Toyota Cynos , `85 Toyota Corona Coupe , `89 Toyota Corona Exiv , `89 Toyota Carina ED...
