2000 Supercharged Gtp - Factory Alarm And Battery Problems

Hello Everyone.... Would Anyone Have A Clue About Factory Alarms And Re-setting Them..... Mine Is Too Sensitive And Keeps Going Off When Trucks Or Loud Music Is Going By. In Turn I Think Its Draining My Battery!!! I Go To Turn The Vehicle On And Get Nothing ...it Wont Even Try To Turn Over.... Furthermore When I Get A Jump Start It Takes A While For The Battery To Charge Up.....instead Of The Engine Starting Right Away.
Is There Anyone Out There That Can Help??????????????
