Am I doing this right? I need to replace the driver side bearing. I removed the rotor and the 3 bolts on the back of the hub assembly. The hub will not come off. Is it just frozen on there or do I need to remove something else?

Re: 2000 front hub removal
I just did this today, if you've taken out all the bolts (3) the hub may be rusted in place, I used a long chisel where the hub flange meets the carrier. It took a little persuading with a 2lb hammer, but it came off.
(I tried a screwdriver to start, but I think the plastic handle absorbs a lot of the shock needed to break the rust loose) |

Re: 2000 front hub removal
probably rusted, hammer and chisel where the hub meets the carrier. OR- Hammer outward on the hub, you're replacing the whole thing anyway.
