brake lights not working... fuse?? pls help

Ok All 3 of the taillights are out. As far as I know, they all stoped working yesterday. I've checked most of the fuses both under the hood and in the cab. I replaced the relay. Still not working. Any ideas? Backup lamps still work. as do turn lamps and (of course) hazards. I'm stuck. Pls email me if you can.

Re: brake lights not working... fuse?? pls help

The problem is also related to the shifter not working. The fix is very simple. Replace the brake light switch. Its a dealer part so don't bother calling autozone or checker. Its located right above the brake pedal and can be unscrewed by hand after the wires are unpluged. Cost me $30 at the dealer for the part, did it in my driveway in under 5 min. Easy. Everything works fine now. Lights and shifter. This is a pretty common prblm from what I hear with Daewoo.

Had the same problem with my 2000 Leganza. Brake light switch fixed it. But I purchased mine at Autozone for $12. They had to order it ( took 2 days to get) but I think you can order it on line and have it sent to your house.
