Oil and oil filter change every 3000 miles. Replace the air cleaner, spark plugs, spark plug wires whenever you feel they need to be changed. Some people change the air filter every other oil change and the plugs/wires about ever 30k or so, just depends on how clean your motor runs really. Shouldnt have to worry about the plugs and wires much though, I think those modular motors burn pretty clean. Have the transmission flushed and new fluid put in every 50k-70k, if its an auto. Check all other fluids when you change your oil (power steering, coolant, ect). Should be good to go.

True synth oilds can wait till 7k easy
but the filters need to be changed every 3-5k, depends on the driving that is done.A lot of highway miles, 5-7k for filters, a lot of little trip to the store 3-4k.
