Exhaust System Question

I'm tryin to install a cat-back on the Maro but am having trouble getting those damn rubber exhaust hangers off. Any advice on removing these hangers easily? Thanks in advance.

Re: Exhaust System Question

heh. losers!! get some motor oil, rub it a bit on the tip..and get some under the rubber.. wiggle it back and forth a couple times and WHAM! its off.. (same way to put it back on..make sure you get the oil off after tho..i think soapy water works just the same.

Grease gun, squeeze grease up in there.. Unless they are brittle and cracking then just buy new ones.
