Does anybody know where the fuesable link for the altertator is on my 1st gen eclipse? I hade a wire between the battery and the alternator for now.

Can the fuse be replaced because i tried to pull mine out and it wouldnt budge.

Yeah they should come out. It's probably been in there for so long though that it's stuck. Sometimes they're a PITA to get out.
