'84-'86 Berlinetta
Any opinions, guys?
I've been kind of wanting a 3rd gen for some time now to compliment the 9C1. Anyways, I did a favor for a neighbor friend last night, her car had a bad carb on it and her 'mechanic' brother replaced the malfunctioning E4ME with an Edelbrock Performer carb. I told her to bring the car over last night, and I'd fix it for her since she's kinda broke and stuff. Anyways, her car is an '84 Berlinetta (with 203k miles on it). After I got the carb fixed, I got in it and started it up. As soon as I turned the key, that dash lit up and right that instant, I knew that this was the Camaro I needed to get. Well, not exactly that one (it's kinda beat up), but a Berlinetta with the Space Shuttle cockpit. Anyways, what do you guys think of this car, how many are there etc.?

Re: '84-'86 Berlinetta
the berlinetta is basically a std camaro with the digital dash, different console and seats, and different wheels. engines were the 2.8 V6 and the LG4 5.0 V8

Re: '84-'86 Berlinetta
Where's Link85X at, he's got a '86 'netta I think he's been trying to get rid of.
![]() Berlinettta is pretty much a baseline model (equiptment wise) but with the added creature comforts that are missing from the rest of the breed. One would make a nice sleeper
