trans/sensor

I have a 95 V6 mustang. the trans is an AODE. I put in a used trans with 62,000 miles that worked fine and no problems. The trans is still slipping, the old trans slipped a lot when i was driving, the newer used one still slips but just not as much. It acts like it just goes into neutral and then catches back on. Im assuming its some other sensor? Ive already had to replace the IAC, powertrain control module, and air mass flow sensor due to stalling out and idling problems.
