Who here would buy a 1976 Camaro Lt, with no title and registration?

That's right,my bro has the registration,maybe. Plus there is no title,I would like to keep the car and drive it on the road if I can get the regestration. It's got a good looking 350,runs pretty good some outer body rust, trunk is screwed up,but it looks pretty good, only need a few hundred dollars to fix minor issues. What do you think it's worth?

My brother is 30 with 2 small kids and just bought a new house, he can't own this car. It's in my backyard, my mom wants to parts it out. Could I get a salvage title for it, so I could reregister it?
