occupation poll..err..listing

riding on the coat tails of the age poll (no claims of originality )

wondering what everyone here does when they're not slaving over little plastic bits, accelerating the onset of carpel tunnel syndrome and killing braincells with fumes (and don't act as though the smell of tamiya acrylic doesn't put a smile on yer face!)?

my excuse- still in college, beats doing that studying stuff everyones' talking about

also helps maintain some semblance of sanity juggling three jobs in the meantime

...no doubt this has been done before but i came up empty in the search so i claim immunity ;p

Been unemployed for the last 12 months after jacking in my job at a car insurance call centre. Fed up with the lack of good jobs around my area and its pretty hard to find sound engineering jobs for which i'm qualified. So as most of you all know i decided to go into self employment and aslong as it brings in enough pennies i guess i could call myself a professional model maker!!!

I trade stocks w/ someone else's money (a small company). I'll need a new gig sooner or later. Unless you've been in a cave the last two years, you'll know that all stock mkts. are sucking (and are going to get MUCH worse). :bathroom:

I think I'm going back to school next spring or summer. :bandit:

heh sounds like we're a lot of furloughed hobbits, is anyone's industry doing well right now? i can empathise with those seeking gainful employment in their chosen fields, i'm in aviation.

i suppose i should list my jobs-

aside from wearing the student hat during the week i'm a service technician at a local airport (read ramp rat), also do some techincal writing for a consulting firm and am a pilot for a charter company
