need h22 f22 swap in nashville

I have a 95 accord non vtec f22 and I want to swap it with an H22.
I currently have an automatic and I want to swap it to a manual.
Does anyone know of any shops in nashville tennessee that do this kind of thing?
and if so, whats the typical going rate?
