95 Cherokee rod torque and clearance

I have a 95 Cherokee with a 4.0L and I need to know what the torque is for the rod bearings. I also need to know what the rod bearing clearance is. I can't find this in my Hanes manual. My engine has a bad knock so I inspected the rod bearings, but they don't look that bad. Now I need to put it back together.

Thanks.

Cool Re: 95 Cherokee rod torque and clearance

From the 2000 XJ FSM:
Connecting rod nuts are torqued to 33 Ft./lbs.
Main Bearing Cap Bolts are T to 80 Ft/lbs.

The following PDF will be available for download until 10-6-6:
http://www.lp2aenergy.com/PDF/00XJ/00_XJ_Manual.pdf

It has your engine specs (2000 4.0L).
