Where does this plug in??

I recently had my deck lid painted and when I took it off I forgot where this plug went. I looked and looked but couldnt find where to plug it in. the light when you open the trunk works but the lights that are suppose to light up the license plate are not working, so im guessing this has something to do with it. This is a '95 mustang convertible if that helps.

As near as I can tell it may just be a extra plug.
If trunk light and other stuff in that area works you should be ok there.
Here is a pdf on the rear lights and license plate light.

Good luck
