Should I buy a Lumina
Looking at a 1993 Lumina .One owner 50,000 original miles regular maintence good shape. I don't know a thing about these cars are there any issues with this model vehicle that I need to know about before buying .Asking price is 1900

OK thats really low miles. Run a carfax on it see it history. What engine does it have in it? Some luminas have strange brake problems others are wheel bearings oh yes and the rattling rear leaf spring. And the most important never let the gas get below 1/4 of a tank of gas. Believe it or not the geniuses at Chevrolet put your fuel pump IN the fuel tank to cool it. they cook easily. The pumps cheap to buy but a nightmare to replace. All and all I have owned two luminas a 90 euro and now a 93 z34 lumina I also own a 95 Monte Carlo z34.
