Weight Loss

Hey all;
I know a lot of you are tyring to lose weight here, so I figured this may be a god place to post this. My girl is trying to lose some weight. She's not fat, but thick in some areas. Personally, I like it, but you know. She wants to dorp 20 lbs or so. I bought her Lypo6 today. It looks good, and was recommend to us by a couple people. Has anyone used this and/or heard anything about it. She works out, and is starting to eat better, but it's hard for her to lose weight. Any other input would be great! Thanks.

Re: Weight Loss

What is Lypo6? I've never even heard of it. I had a buddy that lost quite a bit of weight in a short period of time by eating just like celery and fruit for like 10 days one time. Although it's not healthy by any means, it's a quick loss if you're really desperate.

Re: Weight Loss

Ya know what... I bought something for my ex here this summer that she was using and she dropped 25lbs in a matter of a few weeks. It was some awesome stuff but I cannot remember what it was called... I got it at Vitamin World in the mall... Hmmm... I'll have to think about it and let ya know when I remember.

Yeah, they actually work really good. I was surpised how much of a difference 25lbs can make... Too bad the first place she lost it was in the titties. Went from a D to a C.

Oh well, the chick I'm talkin with now has D's. lol

Re: Weight Loss

I have lost 19 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks. I would definately NOT recommend those pills. I lose just as much weight or more in 8 weeks doing diet and exercise alone and I dont have to waste a butt ton of money on pills.

First off, get active. If she can run, she should run. If not bikes, rollerblades, walks, whatever to get active. The more exercise the better as long as you arent over doing it. She should also cut calories. Some people will say that "safe weight loss" is 1lb a week by cutting 500 calories per day. I gotta pull out the BS flag on that. I read about a RMR calculator, judging on a few parameters of you it will tell you how many calories you need minimum to maintain normal function. Shoot for that. It will cut you down more than 500 calories, but it will keep your body out of starvation mode. Dont go on a fad diet such as the Atkins, South Beach, etc. Eat good and balanced. Eating small amounts of food every 2-3 hours will keep your metabolism up and keep you burning fat all day. Dont eat within like 4-5 hours of bed time, if you do, the food is just turned into fat while you sleep. Also, you should avoid high carb foods at night, vegetables and lean protein is best.

Heres what I did. I run all the time and I went vegetarian. I average 20-30 miles per week not including the 7.5 hours of ultimate frisbee practice every week. Believe me, theres nothing more rewarding than looking at pants that used to be tight and are now loose and knowing that you earned it.

I hope some of that helped.

Re: Weight Loss

See the thing is, she works out, but doesn't have a lot of time. We used to roller blade and walk alot. Didn't help at all. Now she's in school and working weird hours, and I'm in school weird hours and working. She has a membership to Curves. Don't know if that really does anything, but everytime she goes she feels it the next day. However, again with the time thing, it's hard to make it out.

My girl is on the edge of Ds and DDs. It depends on what brand bra she wears. Oh yeah!! However, she will lose weight there too, down to a nice C. I don't mind. I still love her with everything.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I'm also getting her on a regular eating habbit. She would just eat when she got hungry. I started getting her to eat breakfast... something she hasn't done in years.

Re: Weight Loss

D's and some DD's...man I dont know...I think I am more of an ass guy.

My ex had a size A, a mouthful...lol. But the rear end on her was absolutly AMAZING. Perfect. So I am definitly an ass guy...but bigger titties wouldnt hurt anyone, lol.

I have lost 35 pounds in actually...4 weeks from today. I have jumped down from the first/second notch on my belt to number 6!!! Almost all of my clothes are garbage now. I am fitting into clothes from 2-3 years ago. I eat about 500-1000 calories a day (i know it not much at all, but I am fine that way) and I exercise like crazy...whenever i get the chance..close to 4-5 miles a day.
