1977 MGB Starting problems
its a 1977 MGB...I am just getting into cars and figuring them out so im a novice. The problem with the MG is that when I turn the key to start the engine the engine responds like it should but it does not start. The engine shakes back and forth if you will. When i took the spark plugs out of the engine and tried to see if I could get it to spark to a ground, nothing happened (the spark plug was connected to the spark plug wires connected to the distributor etc.). I do not know what is wrong with the MG...any help would be appreciated!

Re: 1977 MGB Starting problems
Check the wiring to the coil.
Check the cap and rotor. |
