Question 3.5 L transmission

I was wondering what modle transmission the 3.5 L Rodeos are equiped with. I know the 3.2's have the 4L30-E. I was thinking about turning my Rodeo into a project car and swaping the 3.2 for a 3.5 and adding a supercharger, but wasn't sure if the 3.5 required a different transmission.

Thanks.

Re: 3.5 L transmission

There is a guy on the wire that just put in a 3.5l in his Rodeo and had no issues.

There is only 10 hp difference in the 3.2 and the 3.5L.

I would just slap a super charger on your current 3.2L and run it into the ground!
