Question Rapid Velocity Performance Module?

has anyone heard of the rapid velocity performance module. I was wondering how good it was and how you install it. According to their thing on ebay they said it won't hurt your gas mileage much but will give you 25% more hp. Any advice would be great i want more power and am wondering on how to get it. I have heard that chips are bad but was wondering what you guys thought.

Re: Rapid Velocity Performance Module?

Think about this for a moment; GM installed a supercharger on the 3800, that really works, and only gained 12% HP! When GM designed the SC engine, they must not have known about the “rapid velocity performance module”!
GM could have saved a lot of money on design and parts.

Now, if you really believe you can get a 25% increase in HP with this thing, I have some swampland in Florida for sale, that you may be interested in!
