Need Help

I have many questions......hope you guys will be able to help me out!

1. I am looking into an aftermarket intake for my Civic hatch. One problem is I have just a regular hatckback not and Si...Dx....and so on. I dont even know the type of hatchback I own. It is the most basic civic....ie...no A/C,radio, cruise, nothing but a steering wheel, some seats, and the 1.5 liter. Most places I have looked for an intake say it fits only Si's or like Lx, you know shit like that. So are the intakes the same on all of the civic hatchbacks 88-91 or do they differ from 1.5 to the 1.6 liter? If they are different then what model hatchback will have the same intake as my car because Ive asked a few people and they tell me the DX's intakes would fit my car aswell?

2. Would a front bumper from an 88-91 crx bolt up to the mounting holes on the front of the 88-91 hatches? How about the rear? Cause I'm looking into a body kit and they offer so many for the CRX's but not so much the civic hatchbacks and the cars are damn near the exact same you know?

Also if you have the time could you guys help me out with what I could buy regardless of my engine....ie......the things that are the same between the 1.5 and 1.6 liter????

Yeah, sorry, the CRX stuff doesn't fit hatches Not without some serious modification anyways...

But the intake should work. Sounds like you've got the STD model.

Once you get to looking, there are actually quite a few body kits available for the hatch, although there [i]are[/] more of them for the CRX. Check out the links on www.4thgenerationcivic.com as a good starting point.

There are just as many kits for the Hatch as the CRX you just need to look around a little more. www.wingswest.com great kit. ONly one I would consider but i am not considering it

Here's a good rule of thumb 4 STD & DX....

Standard Equipment
1.5L TBI 16 valve 70hp, 4spd manual, door mounted seat belts, 50/50 split rear seats, remote fuel and hatch release, rear defogger, 165/70R13 tires

DX adds: 1.5L TBI 16 valve 92hp, 5spd manual or 4spd auto, power steering w/auto tranny, motorized front belts (4dr), rear wiper/washer (3dr), tilt wheel, cargo cover (3dr), interval wipers, 175/70R14 tires

Basically if u don't have a rear wiper, interval wiper & Tilt steering wheel it's a STD model.
