From what I could find, this is a generic code that could apply to several manufacturers: P0507 Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected. What to do now? I'm not sure. The Kia dealer is always a great place to start, but if you're wanting to save money that might not be the best bet. I don't know what year your Sorento is, but it should be under warranty. Just a thought, but it's up to you. Hope this helps.
