keyless remote - service vehicule soon light problem

Hi, In March I had problems with the master cylinder of my 2000 malibu, I take it to the dealership, the master cylinder and the PCM were remplaced. After that the SERVICE VEHICULE SOON light stays on during the day and off at night. The code indicated some problemas with the left headlight arnes. After 3 or 4 visits to the dealership the PCM was remplaced again (3 weeks ago!!). Now the light stays off but the keyless remoto doesn't work at all. Some other functions like the alarm that sound when the key is left doesn't work, in fact when the vehicule starts no sond alarm is listen. In the dealership the mechanical told me that the new PCM don't has the same funcitions that the old one, that if I want the Service Vehicule Soon light off I should forget the other functions like the keyless remote !!, if I likt the keyless teh light will stay on. Come on !!
IŽd apreciate if you have any advice for this, any idea what it should be ??

Thanks in advance
